Today I had the opportunity to preview a few units at Plaza on Brickell and I have to say that I was quite impressed. The Plaza was built by the Related Group and I would consider it to be one of the better new buildings in South Florida which are “affordable luxury.” The building features are full service with valet parking right off of Brickell Avenue, a concierge, high-speed elevators, two very large pools, two club/entertainment rooms, two fitness rooms and a wine celler. The units feature views of Brickell Avenue and Biscayne Bay. These photos were taken from the 20th floor and as you can see the views are not bad at all. I would expect clear bayviews from East facing units from the 25th floor and up.

Overall, I would say that Plaza is a great option for anyone interested in purchasing a “Brickell Address” at a relatively low cost. The units come delivered ready to move in with a fairly nice grade carpet and nice kitchens and baths. This will be a great building for long term owner-occupants, investors and also tenants.
