As I’ve said time and time again - Not every building or location is created equally. This is a great time for buyers to take advantage of the market and scoop up waterfront units from owners who don’t want to close or want to move quick. Of course you should have cash or in a position to finance only 80%. Avoid those buildings which got caught up in the mortgage fraud mess and lets go shopping for bargain buys.
